Clancey's Meats is an old-fashioned, "step back in time," "everyone knows their neighbor" kind of butcher. We specialize in hard to find cuts, and supply beef, lamb, pork, and poultry from locally raised farm animals. These animals are mainly pastured, without growth hormones or antibiotics. They're raised with care, and they never see a feedlot. The Minnesota farmers we work with now are the farmers we started with four years ago.
We offer house-made, hand-crafted sausages using only this top quality raw product, an abundance of fresh herbs and lots of creativity: no fillers to stuff them, just plain old good ingredients.
Clancey's honors the tradition of farming and strives to connect people with the land with ongoing discussions about gardening, about recycling and about sustainability. We continue to raise awareness. We continue to come together.
